How to Return

Updated Policy: Applies to all orders placed from February 19th 2024

Enjoy the luxury of trying everything you like at home, and shop easy and quick returns via our portal using DHL Express* 

Return shipping is FREE on all exchanges and credit notes, or $30 if you return for a refund, this will be deducted from your refund. There is also no longer any processing fee or outbound shipping to pay on exchanges.

Please be advised that placing a new order and asking us to refund your first order does not count as an exchange, and this would not qualify for a free return. 

Similarly, all items would need to be exchanged, with a credit note taken in the case of any price difference. 

*This excludes Eskadron rugs which will be priced based on size/ weight. If you need to return a rug or multiple rugs, please send us the dimensions and weight of the parcel and we can advise the cost of the return. 

For all other items, please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Complete your returns form.

Step 2. Pack your item(s) including the form into a mailing bag, ideally you can use the one we sent to you. Please pack everything tightly ensuring the package is as small as possible to avoid any large item fees. 

Step 3. Head to our RETURNS PORTAL and enter your order number with a ‘#’ preceding it, and your delivery zip code to begin. Next please select the items you wish to return, the forward action you’d like, this will take you to the final step which is to confirm your return and download your DHL return label. Please stick this to the front of your parcel.

Step 4. Your return is now ready to send! You can either take it to a DHL drop-off point (please CLICK HERE to find your nearest one), or you can call  800-225-5345 to arrange a collection. 

*Returns must be packaged tightly in a mailing bag NOT box. If items have not been packaged economically, we reserve the right to deduct a minimum $30 fee*

Please note: a small minority of locations in the USA are not yet accessible to DHL, in the event we cannot facilitate a free DHL return, we will be happy to issue a $25 credit to your account should you opt for an exchange/ credit note, which should cover a return via USPS.

Should you wish not to use DHL, you are welcome to return using another carrier of your choosing, with the exception of Fedex, but please be advised we cannot cover the cost of this.
