Delivery Information
All our deliveries are sent tracked and recorded with insurance.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be sent the tracking information automatically via email. If you can't find this email, please check your junk/spam folder.
If you are having issues tracking or receiving your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible. We're here to help!
You can also track orders via your customer account, just click on the tab at the bottom right of the screen to get started.
We offer two different rates of shipping:
Express Shipping RECOMMENDED (via DHL - approximately 2-5 business days) - From $29 USD
Economy Shipping (via Royal Mail/ USPS - approximately 10 business days) - From $13 USD
Please note that these are approximate timeframes, some items have longer lead times than other for being sent out, please check the information on the product pages before ordering. If you're unsure about how long your order will take to reach you, please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you have a special request like needing your order in a hurry, or wanting it delivered to a hotel, competition or anywhere really on a certain day, that is no problem! Just contact us and we will do our best to help.
